The Refresh project command is available from the Project cascading submenu, which is a part of the ProjectWise cascading menu. Selecting the Refresh command will update the project from the repository version. Any new files or folders which are in the repository but not in the local copy will be copied to the local storage. If there are any file conflicts (i.e. the local copy of a file does not match the repository version), a dialog will appear listing several options including Yes, No, Always and Never.

Choosing Yes will keep the local copy. Selecting No will overwrite the local copy with the repository version. Selecting Always is the same as selecting Yes except that you will not be prompted for each file that is different during the current refresh operation. Selecting Never is the same as selecting No except that you will not be prompted subsequently for files that don’t match during the current refresh operation.
